Great News - 31 Inverness Center won the regional TOBY award in the under 100,000 sf category! Congratulations to Judy Underhill and Betty Swann of Cousins Properties! They will now progress to the International level of competition in Dallas, TX in June.
Congratulations to Diane Dameron and Barry Real Estate Companies who gave the competition a run for their money in the 250,000 to 499,999 sf category. Regional Member of the Year honors went to Becky Hanner of Carolinas - West Virginia who is most deserving of this award. Congratulations to Jean Griffin who was elected Saturday morning to the Southern Region Board of Directors and Chris McDuff who was sworn in for the second half of his term on the Board. Congratulations to R. Coffee Colvin who received his Life Membership award in the Southern Region. Coffee now holds Life Membership at the local, regional, and international levels of BOMA.
The conference was a huge success with more than 200 registrants, more than 300 TOBY Awards attendees, and more than $200k in sponsorship dollars raised.
